Can I Work At More Than One Job Location?

WorkShift gives you the freedom to build your own custom schedule with shifts at any of our partner work locations. If you want to work at an event venue for a few days and then serve at a restaurant later in the week before taking a retail shift on the weekend, no sweat! During your welcome call, our support team will work with you to give you access to shifts at all the work sites that fit your needs, experiences, and skills.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel a Shift?

With WorkShift, flexibility is the name of the game. We know that life can be unpredictable, which is why we give you the option to cancel shifts after you’ve already accepted them into your weekly schedule. All you need to do is navigate to the shift page through your schedule tab and click ‘Cancel Shift’. After you cancel your shift, that opportunity will be sent out to other workers in the app who will have the opportunity to fill that opening.

Do I Still Get Paid if I'm Sent Home Early?

While we try to work with work locations to ensure that all of the shift hours match-up with the hours in the app, we recognize that, on occasion, you may be sent home from a shift earlier than the hours that were presented in the app. On those occasions, you will be paid the shift wage based on the time you clocked-in and clocked-out of the time clock in the WorkShift app.

How Do I Receive My Payment?

You have the flexibility to choose between direct deposit and a pay card for receiving your earnings. This ensures a convenient and secure way to access your pay according to your preference.
